A hotel in the Old Town by the sea

Rooms Batumi opened at the end of 2023 in Batumi's Old Town, on Gogebashvili Street, as the fourth hotel of the group. Its owners describe it as a network, a lifestyle and a whole ecosystem, where tradition coexists with modernity and different cultures blend into one lively community.

The interiors draw on Japanese, European and Los Angeles styles with a playful seventies flair: round beds, a muted palette, natural materials. Rooms face the Old Town or the sea, many have balconies, and the small Cabin rooms have bunk beds.

On the ground floor, under high ceilings, are the Rubber Duck diner, where Georgian cooking meets international, and a natural wine bar. On the roof are a pool and The Kitchen restaurant with a panorama of the city, serving local seafood and vegetarian dishes. The hotel is also home to the Batumi branch of the Vodkast Records shop.
