An Italian restaurant and cocktail bar

Casa Fiori opened in 2024 on Aleksandre Chavchavadze Street, right beside Sololaki. It is the fifth venue of a Tbilisi company that has worked here since 2018 and also runs Veriko and Kikodze Bar, both of them in this guide as well.

The space took about a year to prepare. Keti Rokhvadze, who heads the restaurant, has said they wanted to create an Italian aesthetic in the heart of Tbilisi and had everything painted by hand, which is where the time went.

The cooking is Italian and traditional, read in their own way. Guests most often praise the lasagna, the tortellini and the tiramisu. Restaurant and bar live separately here: when the kitchen closes, the bar keeps working.
