A coffee shop and roastery on Ninoshvili Street

Tsvari means dew in Georgian. The coffee shop on Ninoshvili Street was opened by friends with quite different professions and paths but a shared belief that together they could make something worthwhile. From conversations and sketches to their first guests took only two months. They roast the beans and brew them themselves, and they sum up what they do in three words: we roast, we serve, we inspire.
It is bright and calm: a long wooden table, tables by the large windows, a pink counter with homemade pastries. Guests praise the flat white and cappuccino, the carrot cake and the cherry pie, and they also order matcha and cocoa. There is plenty of room, so people come here both to work and to meet. The café is open every day from eight in the morning to nine in the evening.
