Wine bar, shop and kitchen by Freedom Square

DADI was opened in 2017 by Alexandr Novikov and Dina Ramazanova. They came to Georgia with the idea of a wine bar and decided that Tbilisi was the right place for it. The wine community welcomed them warmly, winemakers were glad someone was showing their bottles, and the country they had come to on business became their home. The bar is on Shalva Dadiani Street, a few steps from Freedom Square, where the Old Town meets Sololaki.
The wine list gathers organic and biodynamic bottles from small wineries all over Georgia, made with minimal intervention. The owners put quality above a famous name and love wines with character. Small plates come with the wine, there is a seasonal menu and breakfast, and everything is cooked to order from local produce. As an introduction you can book a starter set of five glasses of fifty millilitres each. It is open every day from ten in the morning until one at night, and on Mondays from two in the afternoon.
Checked in October 2026.
